R & D Expenditure
On R and D A/c uptill 5 to 6 Lacs are spent from kind donations in the form of raw materials or medicines which includes free services as well.
The purposes of the foundation are scientific and educational directed towards the advancement of medical(including Ayurvedic) and social theory and practice of AIDS control and treatment methodologies.
It shall endeavour to
Prompt interchange of information, in these disciplines and sub-disciplines, amongst the specialists and between the specialistsand the public;
Encourage and assist the professionals engaged in these fields to maintain the integrity and competence of the profession: and
Foster a sense of partnership amongst the professionals engaged in these fields.
Means to these ends are the holding of meeting for the reading and discussing of professional papers, the publication and circulation of works of literature, science and art pertaining thereto and any other activities accessory, suitable and proper for the fulfillment of these objectives.
About the organization
Arogyadham Global AIDS Research Foundation is being run as public charitable trust.
Now Dr. Rakesh Agarwal, Chief Trustee of the trust has a very ambitious plan of developing a Ultra Modern Health Care Centre with ancient and modern medical facilities specially for AIDS patients, and other chronic diseases. Details of the proposed project us under.
 (i) Land:- Total requirement of the land is 100 bigha. It is proposed to purchase the land is at High way of Delhi-Dehradun Estimated purchase price has been taken at 500 Lacs.
  (ii) Building & Civil Works:- Cost of construction of the Health Care Centre has been estimated at Rs. 65 Lacs.
 (ii) Machinery & Equipments:- It has been proposed to install most modern machinery & equipments at the health centre so that world class treatment may be provided to the patienty. Estimated cost of Machine & Equipment has been taken at Rs. 175 Lacs.
(iv) Furniture & Fixtures:- Estimated cost of furnishing the health centre has been taken at Rs. 20 Lacs.
(v) Vehicles:- It has been proposed to-purchase vehicles for patient & staff at the health centre. Cost of the vehicles has been taken at Rs. 50.00 Lacs. (v) Current Assets:- Provision of Rs. 90.00 Lacs have been made for working expenses of the health centre.

IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE
(I) LAND : Immediately after receipt of grant/donation.
(II) BUILDING & CIVIL WORKS : The civil will start immediately after purchase of land and it is expected to complete within One Year.
(III) MACHINERY & EQUIPMENTS : The order for purchase of machinery & equipments will be placed immediately and will be installed after completion of the building
(IV) STAFF OF OPERATION : It has been assumed that the health care centre will start operation within two years from the date of purchase of Land.


BENEFITS TO THE SOCIETY FROM NEW PROJECT:-
1. The above project will provide employment to about 50 human beings
2. Patients especially of AIDS and other diseases such as Diabetes Mellitus will be treated from all over the world on no profit & loss basis. prophylactic treatment of AIDS being is given 100% free irrespective of caste, creed and religion.
3. A world class research centre will be provided to the society. The whole society will be benefited from the new researches.
